摘要
为积极贯彻落实国家关于碳达峰、碳中和的大气污染防治目标,通过采用以石墨烯为保温芯材的一体化板替代传统现浇混凝土墙板外模板的方法,研究了一体化节能保温石墨烯墙板做法的科学性与先进性,结果表明,该技术不仅克服了以往外墙保温板易开裂、易脱落的质量通病,同时由于复合一体化板能做到在施工中免拆模,减少了一道施工作业程序,节约了建造成本,提高了劳动效率,可见该技术是一项节能环保的新技术、新工艺。
In order to actively implement the national target of Carbon Peak and carbon neutralization for air pollution prevention and control,the method of replacing the traditional cast-in-place concrete wallboard exterior formwork with the integrated slab with graphene as heat preservation core was adopted,the scientific and advanced properties of the integrated energy-saving and heat-insulating graphene wallboard are studied.The results show that the technology not only overcomes the common quality defects of the external wall heat-insulating panel,such as cracking and falling off easily,but also improves the quality of the external wall heat-insulating panel,at the same time,because the composite integrated plate can avoid disassembling the mould in the construction,reduces a construction working procedure,saves the construction cost,and improves the labor efficiency,it can be seen that this technology is a new technology of energy saving and environmental protection.
