摘要 为研究我国目前大量存在的既有建筑外保温系统的防火性能提升路径,以既有建筑中应用最为普遍的聚苯板外墙外保温材料为研究对象,采用5种不同的表面处理方法,旨在提高聚苯板的燃烧性能。试验结果表明,对燃烧性能为B_(3)级的易燃聚苯板,部分处理方法可最高将其燃烧性能提高至B_(2)(E),在高层建筑中应用时仍不能满足现行规范的要求。在单体燃烧试验中可以看出,即使经过处理的B_(3)级聚苯板经短时间点火后即会被引燃,燃烧火势大,发热、产烟和燃烧滴落物明显,工程实际中仍存在较大的火灾安全隐患。 In order to study the fire performance improvement path of external thermal insulation system of existing buildings,five different surface treatment methods were used to improve the combustion performance of EPS board,which is widely used in the thermal insulation system of external wall of the existing buildings.The experimental results show that some treatment methods can improve the combustion performance of B3 class EPS board to B2(E)class,which still cannot meet the requirements of the current code when applied in high-rise buildings.In the SBI test,even though the B3 class EPS boards were treated,it can be seen that the boards will be ignited in a short time,the fire is large,the heat release,smoke production and combustion droplets are obvious,and there are still great fire potential in the engineering.
