Subcontracting Safety Management and Optimization of Construction Projects

随着中国市场的成熟,越来越多施工任务中具体的建设任务由分包商来完成,施工项目的分包安全管理工作在项目所有管理工作中占据了重要位置。本文针对分包安全管理工作中存在的问题进行了详细分析,针对问题,结合笔者工作实际和经验,从建章立制、精细管理、严格监管三个方面提出分包安全管理对策和措施,为其他企业分包安全管理提供借鉴。

With the maturity of the Chinese market,more and more construction tasks are completed by subcontractors,and the subcontracting safety management of construction projects occupies an important position in all project management.In this paper,the problems existing in subcontracting safety management are analyzed in detail.In view of the problems,combined with the actual work and experience of the author,the subcontracting safety management countermeasures and measures are proposed from the three aspects of establishment of regulations,fine management and strict supervision,so as to provide reference for the subcontracting safety management of other enterprises.
