某写字楼门窗在日常使用过程中,出现了铝合金外窗掉角、漏风漏雨,铝合金门启闭故障等问题。现场通过对铝合金门窗装配质量、安装质量进行相应检测,并结合实际情况对门窗五金件进行了力学计算,得出了门窗五金件装配位置不精确、门窗面板与铝合金框架间缺失支承、限位垫块等,是造成上述问题的主要原因。针对上述铝合金门窗常见的质量缺陷问题,给出了相应的处理建议。
