摘要
随着冰雪经济的快速发展及市场对冰雪艺术人才需求的转化,地方高校将冰雪艺术教育定位为高素质综合应用型人才培养,并试图发挥冰雪艺术工作室的优势,加强学生的社会实践能力。文章尝试对冰雪艺术工作室进行“递进式+模块化+主辅式”的教学模式探索,并提出相关教学改革,以图提升学生的综合职业能力,满足当代冰雪艺术市场的人才需求。
With the rapid development of the ice and snow economy and the transformation of market demand for ice and snow art talents,local universities have positioned ice and snow art education as the cultivation of high-quality comprehensive applied talents and attempted to leverage the advantages of ice and snow art studios to strengthen students’social practice abilities.The article attempts to explore the teaching mode of“progressive+modular+main auxiliary”for ice and snow art studios,and proposes relevant teaching reforms to enhance students’comprehensive professional abilities and meet the talent needs of the contemporary ice and snow art market.
