面向智能网联汽车人才需求的车辆工程专业学位研究生培养模式研究

Research on the Postgraduate Training Mode of Vehicle Engineering Degree for the Talent Demand of Intelligent Networked Vehicles

本文分析了当前车辆工程专业学位研究生的培养模式的现状以及存在的问题,根据我国目前的汽车产业发展要求,以满足我国新智能网联能源汽车产业发展的高水平应用性专业技术人员的培养为目标,进行了高校与企业深度融合的一体化教育改革探索。通过多课程、跨专业融合改革课程,联合企业注重工程应用实践及多导师协同指导研究生学位论文课题与研究方向等方面,积极探索出了车辆工程专业学位研究生培养的新模式。

This paper analyzes the current status quo and existing problems of the current training mode of vehicle engineering degree graduates,and carries out the exploration of integrated education reform with deep integration of universities and enterprises according to the current development requirements of China's automobile industry and aiming at meeting the training of high-level applied professional and technical personnel for the development of China's new intelligent networked energy automobile industry.Through multi-course and cross-professional integration reform courses,the joint enterprise pays attention to engineering application practice and multi-supervisor collaborative guidance on postgraduate dissertation topics and research directions,and actively explores a new mode of postgraduate training in vehicle engineering.
