Ideological and Political Teaching Practice and Exploration of Automobile Manufacturing and Testing Technology Professional Courses

随着汽车制造业的快速发展,汽车制造企业对生产一线工人的要求越来越高。为了进一步提高高职院校汽车制造与试验技术专业人才培养质量,落实立德树人根本任务,实现预期的人才培养目标,培养出德智体美劳全面发展的合格人才,从师资培养、人才培养方案制定、教案设计、课堂教学等方面对课程思政教学进行探索,提出了加强课程思政教学、提高育人质量的措施。

With the rapid development of the automobile manufacturing industry,automobile manufacturing enterprises have higher and higher requirements for front-line workers.In order to further improve the quality of training of automobile manufacturing and testing technology professionals in vocational colleges,implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,achieve the expected talent training goals,and cultivate qualified talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor,the ideological and political teaching of the curriculum is explored from the aspects of teacher training,talent training program formulation,teaching plan design,classroom teaching,etc.,and measures to strengthen the ideological and political teaching of the curriculum and improve the quality of education are proposed.
