高职院校汽车类专业教育与创新创业教育的融合机制研究

为确保高职院校汽车专业教学工作能够在推动国家汽车行业发展进程,为汽车市场输入更多综合性人才中发挥出重要作用,需要分析传统教学理念及教育模式存在的不足之处,专业教育与创新创业教育工作融合在一起,不断优化教育内容,提高学生创新创业实践水平,使学生能够更好满足未来就业需求。针对以上背景,首先阐述高职院校汽车专业与创新创业教育融合环节存在的各项问题,明确专业教育与创新教育开展重点,专业教育与创新创业教育融合对策,以期为相关教职工作者提供理论性帮助。

In order to ensure that the automotive professional teaching work of vocational colleges can play an important role in promoting the development process of the national automobile industry and importing more comprehensive talents for the automobile market,it is necessary to analyze the shortcomings of traditional teaching concepts and education models,integrate professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,continuously optimize the educational content,improve the practical level of students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and enable students to better meet the future employment needs.In view of the above background,this paper first expounds the problems existing in the integration of automotive major and innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges,clarifies the focus of professional education and innovation education,and countermeasures for the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,in order to provide theoretical help for relevant teaching staff.
