立德树人是我国教育发展的根本任务,在中职院校汽修专业的教学活动中,班主任应该立足于学生的职业素养培养,从职业规划、教学方法、课程内容等方面进行改革创新;同时班主任应做好学生的职业生涯规划指导工作,明确学生未来的职业发展方向,提升学生的综合职业素养。
