摘要
本研究基于ANSYS结构动力学分析模块,对汽车转向节进行了模态分析,通过计算并提取转向节的振动特性,得到了转向节的前十阶固有振型和频率。通过对转向节产生的模态特性进行分析,可以发现转向节存在着多种不同的振动模态,这些振动模态与转向节结构的不同部分以及工作条件密切相关。本研究为汽车转向节的结构设计提供了重要的参考依据。
Based on the ANSYS structural dynamics analysis module,this study carried out modal analysis of automobile steering knuckles,and obtained the first ten natural mode shapes and frequencies of the steering knuckles by calculating and extracting the vibration characteristics of the steering knuckle.By analyzing the modal characteristics generated by the knuckles,it can be found that there are many different vibration modes in the knuckles,which are closely related to different parts of the knuckle structure and working conditions.This study provides an important reference for the structural design of automobile steering knuckles.
