电力机车电机常见故障分析及日常维护方法研究

Analysis on Common Faults of electric locomotive Motor and Research on Routine Maintenance Methods

电机是电力机车的重要组成部分,给机车提供驱动力的同时,对机车设备进行控制。由于机车电机数量及种类较多,电机故障复杂,原因查找困难,检修难度大。因此,本文结合电力机车电机实际检修过程,总结了电力机车电机常见的故障,及故障产生的原因,并给出了对应的处理方法。在此基础上,提出了电力机车电机日常维护的方法。

Motor is an important part of electric locomotive,which provides driving force for locomotive and controls locomotive equipment.Due to the large number and types of locomotive motors,motor faults are complex,making it difficult to find the cause and make maintenance difficult.Therefore,combined with the actual maintenance process of electric locomotive motor,this paper summarizes the common faults of electric locomotive motor and the causes of the faults,and gives the corresponding treatment methods.On this basis,the daily maintenance method of electric locomotive motor is proposed.
