摘要
本文主要对南宁轨道交通4号线车辆逻辑控制单元(LCU)可靠性进行分析,介绍了LCU装置的逻辑控制原理及机箱的硬件组成部分,利用RBD建模方法对整车LCU和单个机箱进行可靠性建模、可靠性计算及预计,计算出整车LCU平均无故障时间和平均无故障服务时间,与整车可靠性分配指标对比,满足整车对LCU可靠性指标分配要求,为车辆全寿命周期内的运营维护成本计算、新线项目技术方案选择等提供参考依据。
This paper mainly analyzes the reliability of the logic control unit of the train(LCU)of Line 4 of Nanning Rail Transit,introduces the logic control principle of LCU device and the hardware components of the chassis,uses RBD modeling method to model,calculate and predict the reliability of LCU of the whole train and a single chassis,calculates the mean time between failures and the mean time between failures of LCU of the whole train,and compares it with the reliability allocation index of the whole vehicle,so as to meet the allocation requirements of LCU reliability index for the whole vehicle life cycle and calculate the operation and maintenance cost.
