新工科背景下基于CDIO理念的教学改革探究——以电力电子技术课程为例

摘要 新工科背景下装备制造业人才需求的发展,指引着职业教育工科专业教学的不断改革与发展。结合职业教育人才培养目标及专业特色,分析电气自动化专业中的电力电子技术课程在目前教学中存在问题,运用CDIO理念,将教学内容重构为实际项目案例,对电力电子技术课程进行教学改革探究。在教学设计中将能力培养与思政教育有机融合,实现了知识传授、技能获得、价值塑造的有机融合。 The development of talent demand in the equipment manufacturing industry under the new engineering background guides the continuous reform and development of vocational education and engineering teaching.Combining vocational education talent training objectives and professional characteristics,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current teaching of power electronics technology courses in electrical automation majors,and applies the CDIO concept to reconstruct the teaching content into actual project cases to explore the teaching reform of power electronics technology courses.In the teaching design,the organic integration of ability cultivation and ideological and political education has achieved the organic integration of knowledge imparting,skill acquisition,and value shaping.
