摘要
为分析饲料中添加不同比例小麦(Triticum aestivum)颗粒对青海藏羊屠宰性能和复胃组织形态发育的影响,本研究选取初始体重相近[(21.87±2.35)kg]、胎次一致且健康状况良好的2~3月龄高原型藏羊公羔90只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只羊。使用0(T0组)、10%(T10组)、15%(T15组)的小麦替代精料中玉米(Zea mays)。试验分为预试期15 d和正试期90 d。结果显示:1)T0组的胴体重、屠宰率和胴体脂肪含量值显著大于T15组(P<0.05),与T10组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)T0组网胃的重量显著大于T15组(P<0.05),较T10组差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)与T0组相比,T10组网胃的颗粒层厚度、乳头长度、乳头宽度、肌层厚度,瓣胃的乳头长度以及皱胃的肌层厚度显著增加(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,在本试验条件下,使用10%小麦替代精料中玉米具有一定的可行性。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of the addition of different proportions of wheat to the pellet feed on slaughtering performance and stomach tissue morphology of Qinghai Tibetan sheep.Ninety high prototype Tibetan lambs approximately 2~3 months old with similar initial weights[(21.87±2.35)kg],consistent parity,and good health were selected and randomly divided into three groups of five sheep in six replicates.Proportions of 0(T0 group),10%(T10 group),and 15%(T15 group)wheat were used to replace corn in concentrate.The trial was divided into a pre-trial period of 15 days and a positive trial period of 90 days.The results showed that:1)the carcass weight,slaughter rate,and carcass fat content value of the T0 group were significantly higher than that of the T15 group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the T0 group and T10 group(P>0.05).2)the weight of the stomach in the T0 group was significantly higher than that in the T15 group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the T0 and T10 groups(P>0.05).and 3)compared with that of the T0 group,the thickness of the granular layer,papilla length,papilla width,muscularis thickness,papilla length of flap stomach,and muscularis thickness of abomasum in the T10 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).We conclude that it is feasible to use 10%wheat instead of corn in concentrate,considering the slaughtering performance of Tibetan sheep and the morphological development of the stomach.
