“国家治理体系和治理能力现代化”研究的现状、热点与趋势——基于 CiteSpace 的可视化知识图谱分析

The current situation,hot spots and trends of the research on“Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capability”--Based on CiteSpace visual knowledge map analysis

以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中1 041篇以“国家治理体系和治理能力现代化”为主题研究的CSSCI来源期刊论文为数据基础,运行文献可视化分析软件CiteSpace 5.8 R2版本绘制可视化知识图谱,从发文量、作者、机构、高被引文献等方面对研究的总体特征进行系统分析,从关键词共现、关键词聚类等方面对研究的热点问题进行整体分析,从关键词时区、关键词突现等方面对研究的发展趋势进行预测分析。通过研究发现:依照发文量浮动曲线可大致将研究划分为4个阶段,且发文量变化与社会背景密切相关,特别是党的十九届四中全会以来发文量迅猛增长,目前已形成多个显性研究主题和关键词聚类,逐渐呈现从宏观研究向微观研究的重大转向。但研究的协同性、综合性、系统性还略显薄弱,需要进一步加强跨学科学者间的对话与合作,以期在学科交叉的基础上实现更大的创新与突破。

Based on 1041 CSSCI-sourced journal papers in CNKI database from 2013 to 2021 with the theme of“Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capacity”,this paper uses the literature visualization analysis software CiteSpace 5.8 R2 to draw a scientific knowledge map.The overall characteristics of the research are comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of publication volumes,authors,institutions and highly cited literature.Besides,hot issues of the research are systematically analyzed from the aspects of keyword co-occurrence and keyword clustering,and the development trend of the research is predicted and analyzed from the aspects of keyword time zone and keyword emergence.The findings are as follows.Firstly,according to the fluctuation curve of the number of publications,the research status of“Modernization of the National Governance System and Governance Capacity”can be roughly divided into four stages:rapid growth period,slow decline period,steady growth period and rapid growth period.In addition,the change in the number of publications is not only related to the theoretical research itself,but also closely related to important meetings of Party and current social background.There has been a rapid increase in the number of documents issued,especially since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Secondly,as the research is mainly based on individual publications,the number of cooperative publications is small,and the scope of inter-institutional cooperation is relatively narrow.Therefore,the cooperation between different institutions needs to be strengthened,and the scope of inter-regional cooperation needs to be further expanded.What is more,the synergy,comprehensiveness and systematization of the research are still slightly weak,which requires the academic community to further strengthen the interaction between scholars and the complementary cooperation between institutions in future researches so as to innovate and make breakthroughs on the basis of interdisciplinary cooperation.Thirdly,the publication time of highly cited papers is mainly concentrated in 2014,which is very close to the time of the Third Plenary Session and the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.During this time,the research themes are mainly macro-level,and all have the main characteristics of long passages,clear structures,strong logic and concise expression,which provides reference and inspiration for future work.Fourthly,the current research mainly focuses on high-frequency keywords such as the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,comprehensive deepening of reform and governance system,and discusses the basic concepts,interrelationships,realization paths and significance of the national governance system and governance capacity,forming fruitful theoretical research results.However,there are still shortcomings and defects in the research,which need to be overcome in the future so as to promote in-depth development of research fields.Fifthly,the research gradually shows a shift from macro levels to micro levels,and gradually combines with the characteristics of the time,social background and specific fields,showing a necessary tension between theories and practice,and an effective interaction between history and reality.In the future,it is necessary to continuously expand research horizons,enrich research methods,deepen research contents,improve research levels and promote transformation of the research from“single-dimension”to“multi-dimensions”.
