建构中国自主的纪检监察学知识体系——兼论对大党独有难题之破解

Constructing a Chinese Style Independent Knowledge System of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Science:Solution to the Major Party's Special Problems

党的二十大报告提出“必须时刻保持解决大党独有难题的清醒和坚定”。作为新时代新征程极具原创性的政治命题,大党独有难题的具体内涵有六点:“初心之难”“统一之难”“能力之难”“干事之难”“问题之难”和“生态之难”。新创设的法学一级学科——纪检监察学致力于从理论思维层面,系统剖释大党独有难题这六个方面的破解之道。作为新兴中国特色哲学社会科学,纪检监察学的知识体系具有高度的自主性,它主要表现在三个方面:研究对象的本土性、研究内容的自主性和研究方法的自觉性。纪检监察学主要有纪检监察理论、中共纪律学、监察法学和廉政学四个二级学科。对于大党独有难题六个方面的难点,纪检监察学的四个二级学科分别承担着破解其中一点或两点的时代使命。

The special problems that the major party faces have six specific connotations:“the difficulty of initial intention”,“the difficulty of unification”,“the difficulty of ability”,“the difficulty of doing things”,“the difficulty of problems”and“the difficulty of ecology”.The discipline inspection and supervision science,a newly established first-level discipline of law,is committed to systematically explaining the solution to the special problems that the major party faces from the perspective of theoretical thinking.As a discipline of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the autonomy of discipline inspection and supervision system is mainly reflected in three aspects:the localization of research objects,the autonomy of research contents and the self-consciousness of research methods.The four secondary disciplines of discipline inspection and supervision respectively undertake the mission of overcoming one or two of the six difficulties unique to the major party.
