【目的】液压破碎锤是挖掘机可换工作装置之一。液压破碎锤种类杂多且具有一定的发展历史,在市政园林、混凝土破碎、矿石开采等工程中都发挥着重要作用。从事机械方面的工作人员了解破碎锤的工作原理,进而能更深刻地认识液压破碎锤的重要性。【方法】本研究将对液压破碎锤的工作原理及结构进行分析,简要阐述液压破碎锤的使用方法。【结果】大多数作业人员虽对液压破碎锤有一定认知,但对液压破碎锤的原理及使用注意事项了解不深。【结论】液压破碎锤在工程上进行破碎方面的普及,加大工程上对液压破碎锤的使用,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

[Purposes]Hydraulic breaker is one of the interchangeable working devices of excavators.Hy-draulic breaker,with certain development history,has many types and plays an important role in munici-pal garden,concrete crushing,ore mining,etc.The working principle of the breaker should be under-stood to a certain extent,in order to make more personnel engaged in mechanical work understand the importance of the hydraulic breaker.[Methods]This article will analyze the working principle and struc-ture of hydraulic breaker,and briefly explain the use of hydraulic breaker.[Findings]Although most op-erators have a certain understanding of hydraulic breakers,they do not have a deep understanding of the principles and precautions of hydraulic breakers.[Conclusions]The popularization of hydraulic breaker in engineering crushing has increased the use of hydraulic breaker in engineering,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
