基于聊城国家基本气象站无人值守模式的探讨

摘要 【目的】随着我国气象事业的发展,未来气象台站无人值守模式将逐步全面推广实施,对现有的国家级地面气象观测站无人值守模式进行优化和提升非常有必要。【方法】在对聊城市国家基本气象站无人值守模式现状的分析基础上,分析和探讨国家气象观测站无人值守模式的技术方法和保障措施。【结果】重点介绍了国家气象观测站无人值守下的保障系统和网络传输设计模式,并对无人值守模式下的新要求做了分析总结。【结论】无人值守并不意味地面测报不需要业务人员,而是将业务员从烦琐的人工数据监控中解脱出来,使之转型为业务保障、数据应用分析等综合型人才。因此,要实现无人值守模式下台站的长期稳定高效运行需要技术的支持,同样离不开业务人员的努力。 [Purposes]With the reform and development of China's meteorological cause,the unattended mode of meteorological stations will be gradually popularized and implemented in the future.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the unattended mode of national ground observation stations.[Methods]Based on the analysis of the status quo of the unattended mode of the national basic weather station in Liaocheng city,this paper summarizes and discusses the technical methods and safeguard mea-sures of the unattended mode of the national meteorological observation station.[Findings]The design mode of unattended support system and network transmission of national meteorological observation sta-tion is introduced,and finally analyzes and summarizes the new requirements under the unattended mode.[Conclusions]Unattended mode does not mean that business personnel is unneeded.However,it puts forward higher requirements for the business personnel,asking them to become more comprehensive talents who can conduct tasks like business support and data application analysis,rather than just pro-cessing cumbersome manual monitoring data.Therefore,in order to realize the long-term stable and effi-cient operation of the station in unattended mode,it not only needs technical support,but also needs the efforts of business personnel.
