基于专利分析的生物医药产业发展趋势研究

Research on the Development Trend of Biomedical Industry Based on Patent Analysis

【目的】从生物医药产业专利的角度进行全面分析,探讨该领域的发展现状和研究热点、空白点,在此基础上提出建议,为生物医药产业发展提供参考。【方法】通过分析生物医药专利申请趋势、专利申请人、专利分布、专利生命周期、专利法律状态阐述生物医药产业发展情况。【结果】生物医药产业正从发展期向成熟期发展,产业专利主要分布在中国、美国、日本等国家。我国生物医药缺少龙头企业,核心专利数量较少。【结论】生物医药产业应当加强产学研合作、提高专利质量、注重专利布局。

[Purposes]This paper makes a comprehensive analysis from the perspective of biomedical in-dustry patents,explores the development status,research hotspots and gaps in this field,and puts for-ward suggestions on this basis,then providing reference for the future development of biomedical indus-try in China.[Methods]This paper researches the patent development from the perspective of analyzing the trend of biomedical patent application,patent applicants,patent distribution,patent life cycle,and patent technology composition.[Findings]The biomedical industry is developing from a development stage to a mature stage.Industrial patents are mainly distributed in China,the United States,Japan and other countries.Biomedical industry lacks leading enterprises and the number of core patents is small in China.[Conclusions]The biomedical industry should strengthen the cooperation between industry,uni-versity and research,improve the quality of patents,and pay attention to the distribution of patents.
