摘要
针对空间站建造期间在轨维修、航天员出舱等关键功能和任务技术难度大、空间环境复杂,常规电连接器在轨操作性、安全性及环境适应性不能满足系统功能需求的问题,文章提出了一种覆盖全系统研制阶段的航天员操作的电连接器设计与验证方法,以为复杂航天器关键功能器件的系统设计与应用提供参考。经空间站在轨验证,结果表明:运用该设计技术及验证方法的电连接器能够高效、可靠、安全地支持航天员开展在轨维修活动,可为载人航天器系统维修性设计提供技术支撑。
In order to achieve the design requirements of on-orbit maintenance,extravehicular and other key functions and missions during the construction of space station,it is necessary to develop a special connector for astronaut’s on-orbit maintenance operations.This paper analyses the ergonomic requirements of this connector in the special environment,discusses key technologies design,proposes a set of connector maintainability verification processes and methods,covering the whole development process for the spacecraft.After successful application and verification of CSS,the results show that the astronaut maintenance operation connector which can efficiently,reliably and safely support astronauts to carry out orbit maintenance activities,provide technical support for the maintenance design of manned-spacecraft.
