摘要
针对空间长寿命、大容量锂离子电池管理,文章提出了双向DC/AC变换的非耗散型均衡拓扑,计算了均衡电流与压差的关系,设计电池均衡管理电路和工作模式,完成非耗散型锂离子电池管理研制,并随某大容量通信卫星平台实现了在轨飞行验证。相对于传统的电池管理技术,该技术的效率、均衡精度和自主管理能力等指标均得到提升。在轨试验数据表明:东、西锂离子电池组的均衡精度分别达到6.3 mV、7.8 mV,满足了空间锂离子电池组对管理的需求。
The system proposed for balancing the battery pack relies on energy conversion devices as it uses transformers to move energy from high voltage cells to low voltage cells without energy loss.In this paper,the development of a new generation of battery management unit is completed,and the in-orbit flight verification is realized with a large-capacity communication satellite platform.Compared with the traditional products,the efficiency,balance accuracy and self-management ability of the product have been effectively improved.The results show that the measurement accuracy and the equalization accuracy reach 6.3mV and 7.8mV respectively,which can meet the requirements of lithium-ion battery management.
