摘要
针对载人航天器高可靠、高安全的特点,以及“零缺陷、零故障、零疑点”要求,充分运用“再分析、再设计、再验证”的质量管理方法,结合飞行任务要求,持续识别产品存在的薄弱环节和风险隐患,采取针对性措施,不断完善产品研制流程和管控方法,持续提升产品固有可靠性,并在产品交付、航天器出厂及发射场阶段对产品实物最终状态进行“再确认”,有效保证了载人航天飞行任务的连续成功。
The manned spacecraft characteristic is analyzed including high reliability and safety,as well as the requirements for“zero defects,zero faults and zero doubts”.Combined with mission requirements,apply the quality management method of“reanalysis,redesign and revalidation”,continuously identify the weaknesses and potential risks,adopt the aim measures,improve the product development process and control methods,improve the inherent reliability of products,and reconfirm the final status of the physical product at the stages of product delivery,spacecraft delivery and launch site,effectively ensure the continuous success of manned space missions.
