With the rapid increase in the number of civil vehicles,the market size of end-of-life vehicles in Henan Province has entered a rapid growth range.The problem of automobile scrapping is related to the people's personal safety,property safety and the orderly development of the automobile industry.By combing relevant documents and data,and combining the current situation of automobile recycling and scrapping in Henan Province,this paper put forward countermeasures and methods to standardize the management of scrapped automobiles,with a view to providing reference for relevant industries or enterprises in decision-making.
