摘要
大学生积极心理档案的建立主要包括记录大学生个人基本信息、心理特征和状态、他人社会观察三方面内容。高校构建这一类型心理档案应拓宽线上线下渠道,立体化收集反映大学生自我内省、外界评价的资料,通过学校层面建立积极心理档案协同数字库、教师层面科学精准利用积极心理档案、大学生层面深度利用个人积极心理档案等应用路径,为促进大学生积极心理发展、提高大学生心理健康水平,提高高校人才培养质量搭建有效路径。
The establishment of positive psychological archives for college students mainly includes three aspects recorded:basic personal information,psychological characteristics and states,and social observation by others.To construct this type of psychological archives,colleges and universities should broaden their online and offline channels,collect data that reflects college students’self-examination and external evaluation in a three-dimensional manner.By establishing a collaborative digital library of positive psychological archives at the school level,scientifically and accurately utilizing positive psychological archives at the teacher level,and deeply utilizing personal positive psychological archives at the college level,it will promote the positive psychological development of college students and improve their mental health level and the quality of talent cultivation in universities.
