零碳目标导向下英国社区运营模式研究--以贝丁顿(BedZED)和布莱顿(One Brighton)社区为例

RESEARCH ON THE UK COMMUNITY OPERATION MODEL UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF ZERO CARBON GOAL--A Case Study of Bedzed and One Brighton Communities

贝丁顿(BedZED)和布莱顿(One Brighton)是由英国非营利组织生态区域(Bio Regional)先后发起并实施建设的零碳可持续社区。文章应用比较研究、实地调研等方法,通过对比反思贝丁顿(BedZED)项目存在的不足,重点探究了零碳目标导向下的布莱顿(One Brighton)项目在零碳可持续目标设定、实施管理、监测及评估过程中系统地规划方法和实践经验。针对我国低碳可持续社区建设中存在的问题,从综合低碳目标框架的预先制定、可持续的运营维护及生活方式、建立健全稳定的管理监测体系三方面提出相应的策略建议,以期引发公众的思考并为我国低碳可持续社区的发展提供参考典范。

BEDZED and One Brighton are zero carbon sustainable communitiesfounded andbuilt by BioRegional,a UK nonprofit organization.By using the methods of comparative study and field survey,this paper reflects the deficiency of BedZED project,focuses on the systematic planning method and practical experience of the zero carbon goaloriented One Brighton project in the process of zero carbon sustainabilitygoal setting,implementation management,monitoring and evaluation.In view of the problems existing in the construction of low-carbon sustainable communities in China,from the three aspects of the comprehensive low-carbon target framework,sustainable operation,maintenance and life style,the establishment of management and monitoring system,the corresponding strategic recommendations are put forward,witha viewto trigger public thinking and providea referencemodelfordevelopmentof China's low-carbon sustainable community.opera cultural space as the carrier and platform for thedisplay and inheritance of Cantonese opera cultural heritage.
