摘要
随着城镇化和乡村振兴战略的实施,我国农村发生巨大变化的同时碳排放量也与日俱增。乡村微更新因其小规模、渐进式,同时强调以点撬面、多向联动等特点,有机会融入多种低碳技术和管理方法,进而成为推动“乡村振兴”与“双碳目标”两大战略的有效路径之一。本文以浙江省舟山市定海区马岙村停车驿站与生态公园的设计建造为例,从水、能、地、材四方面研究建设项目的规划设计对乡村碳排放量的影响,探索双碳目标下乡村微更新的设计思路和实践路径,从而提供现实的设计样本和建设案例参考。
With urbanization and the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,China's rural areas have undergone tremendous changes,as well as carbon emissions are increasing day by day.Rural micro-renewal has the opportunity to integrate a variety of low-carbon technologies and man-agement methods,and thus becomes one of the effective ways to promote the two strategies of"rural revitalization"and"dual carbon goals"owing to its small-scale,gradual approach,and its emphasis on the characteristics of point prying and multi-directional linkage.Taking the design and construction of the parking station with ecological park in Maao Village,Dinghai District,Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper studies the impact of the planning and design on rural carbon emissions from the aspects of water,energy,land and materials.It explores the design ideas and practice paths of rural micro-renewal so as to provide realisticdesign samples and construction case references.
