核电站模拟机仪表国产化研究

摘要 全范围模拟机是核电站操纵人员培训授权、技能提升所必备的培训设施。模拟机仪表多为国外定制,为此进行国产化替代。通过模拟机仪表国产化研究,提升模拟机仪表使用的经济性。实现模拟机仪表国产化的技术包括保持原有设计、保证模拟机控制室盘台构造的稳定性,优化原有设计、提升设备功能及运维便捷性,整合原有设计、提升设备适配性和经济性。模拟机仪表国产化的实施存在一些瓶颈,通过统筹模拟机仪表与对应核电机组仪表国产化设计与实施,提升模拟机仪表国产化实施的经济性、可行性。 The full range simulator is a necessary training facility for nuclear power plant operators to train,authorize,and enhance their skills.Simulator instruments are mostly customized for foreign countries,and through research on the localization of simulator instruments,the economy of their use can be improved.The technical implementation of localization of simulator instruments includes maintaining the original design,ensuring the stability of the panel structure in the simulator control room,optimizing the original design,improving equipment functionality and maintenance convenience,integrating the original design,improving equipment adaptability and economy.There are some bottlenecks in the implementation of domestically produced simulator instruments.By coordinating the design and implementation of domestically produced simulator instruments and corresponding nuclear power unit instruments,the economy and feasibility of domestically produced simulator instruments can be improved.
