随着我国工业生产与城市公共设施建设用电需求越来越高,使得110kV及以上高压电缆建设工程不断增多。为保障电力工程建设质量和施工效率,必须从工程要求和技术角度出发,结合电缆材料、运输、电缆敷设、高压终端及电缆接头施工、电缆及附件试验等方面的管理细节,制定完善的电缆建设管理方案、电缆安全管理方案及运维管理方案,进而保障整体高压电力输电工程有序实施。分析了110kV及以上高压电缆工程建设管理要点,并深入探讨了管理细节,以保障施工质量及施工安全。

With the increasing demand for electricity in China’s industrial production and urban public facilities construction,the construction projects of 110kV high voltage cable and above are increasing.In order to ensure the power engineering construction quality and construction efficiency,must from the perspective of engineering requirements and technology,combined with cable transportation,cable laying,high voltage terminal and cable joint construction and cable and accessories test management details,perfect cable construction management plan,cable safety management scheme and operational management scheme,and ensure the overall high voltage power transmission project orderly implementation.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the key points of construction management of 110kV and above high voltage cable engineering,and deeply discusses the management details for reference.
