摘要
德育评价是教育评价的重要组成部分,当代小学学校的德育评价仍存在评价目的失之偏颇、评价主体单一、评价内容不全面、评价方式方法僵化的问题。该文针对小学德育评价的现状与问题,提出明确的德育评价目的、多元主体参与评价、多方面丰富评价内容和多种评价方式相结合的对策,以改进小学学校德育评价,充分发挥德育评价的诊断、调节、激励等发展性功能,改善学校德育工作,优化德育过程,促进学生的品德发展,真正落实立德树人根本任务。
Moral education evaluation is an important part of education evaluation.The moral education evaluation of contemporary primary schools still has the problems of biased evaluation purpose,single evaluation subject,incomplete evaluation content and rigid evaluation methods.In view of the current situation and problems of primary school moral education evaluation,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of clarifying the purpose of moral education evaluation,multi-subject participation in evaluation,multi-faceted enrichment of evaluation content and combination of various evaluation methods,so as to improve primary school moral education evaluation and give full play to the developmental functions such as diagnosis,adjustment,and motivation,improve school moral education,optimize the process of moral education,promote the moral development of students,and truly implement the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.
