混合动力叉车爬坡能力测试方法

A Test Method for the Gradeability of Hybrid Forklifts

随着排放法规的逐渐升级,混合动力叉车越来越被行业所重视,其爬坡能力测试是一项非常重要的测试内容。目前,在叉车行业关于混合动力叉车爬坡能力测试,还没有标准的测试方法。由于混合动力叉车具有最大动力输出随叉车作业工况不同而产生较大差异的特点[1],混合动力叉车爬坡能力测试变得很复杂。文章对叉车作业的多工况、多场景进行系统分析,结合混合动力叉车自身动力特点,研究出一套系统解决混合动力叉车爬坡能力测试的方法。

With the gradual upgrade of emission regulations,hybrid forklifts are getting more and more attention from the industry,and the test of their gradeability is an important test content.At present,there is no standard test method for the gradeability of hybrid forklifts in the forklift industry.Since hybrid forklifts have the characteristics that the maximum power output varies greatly with the operating conditions of forklifts[1],the test of the gradeability of hybrid forklifts becomes very complicated.This paper systematically analyzes the multi-working conditions and multi-scenes of forklift operations,and works out a systematical test method for the gradeability of hybrid forklifts,combining the dynamic characteristics of hybrid forklifts.
