摘要
甘蓝型油菜是非常重要的油料作物,对经济和农业发展有重要促进作用。铜绿微囊藻是淡水水体中广泛分布的一种蓝藻,为探究微藻对油菜种子萌发及幼苗早期生长的影响,本项目以秦优9号油菜种子为对象,按照培养液中藻液浓度从低到高分别定为空白对照组5,以及组1、2、3、4。用硫代巴比妥酸法测定种子萌发和幼苗生长过程中丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,计算发芽率,测量其鲜重、株高、根长。结果表明,藻液处理144 h后,1、2、4组的发芽率为94%,处理组3的发芽率为96%,与对照组的96%相比差异不明显;处理组幼苗株高为3.4~3.7 cm,高于对照组(2.98 cm),根长为8.08~9.03 cm,大于对照组(6.16 cm);1~4组的幼苗鲜重随藻液浓度的升高而有所增加,分别为0.038 g、0.046 g、0.048 g、0.052 g;1~4组MDA的含量分别为6.824 nmoL/g、8.588 nmoL/g、23.647 nmoL/g、4.235 nmoL/g,与对照组(37.176 nmoL/g)相比含量偏低,说明微藻能抑制MDA的生成。
Brassica napus L.is an important oil crop which plays an very important role in promoting economic and agricultural development.Microcystis aeruginosa is a kind of blue-green algae widely distributed in freshwater.In order to explore the effect of microalgae on rapeseed seed germination and early seedling growth,the project takes Qinyou No.9 rapeseed as the object.According to the dilution ratio of algae from low to high,5(Blank control group),and groups 1,2,3,4 are designed.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA)during seed germination and seedling growth is measured by thiobarbituric acid method,and the germination rate,fresh weight,plant height and root length are calculated.The results show that germination rates of groups 1,2,and 4 are 94%and group 3 is 96%after 144 hours,and there is no significant difference compared with 96%in the control group.The seedling height of treatment group is 3.4~3.7 cm,which is higher than that of the control group 2.98 cm,and the root length is 8.08~9.03 cm,which is higher than that of the control group 6.16 cm.The fresh weight of seedlings in groups 1~4 increased with the increasing concentration of algae,which are 0.038 g,0.046 g,0.048 g,0.052 g,respectively.The contents of MDA in groups 1~4 are 6.824 nmoL/g,8.588 nmoL/g,23.647 nmoL/g and 4.235 nmoL/g,respectively,which is lower than that in the control group(37.176 nmoL/g),indicating that algae can inhibit the formation of MDA.
