摘要
为实现天然胶乳(NRL)在道路建设领域的应用,采用多聚磷酸(PPA)与之复配,制备PPA/NRL复合改性沥青。通过流变和布氏黏度实验,分析PPA/NRL复合改性沥青的高温性能、黏弹特性、疲劳性能以及施工和易性。研究结果表明,PPA能降低PPA/NRL复合改性沥青的相位角,提高车辙因子,改善高温性能,提高沥青的疲劳性能。为了不影响PPA/NRL复合改性沥青的施工和易性,PPA掺量不宜超过1.4%。
In order to realize the application of natural rubber latex(NRL)in the field of road construction,polyphosphoric acid(PPA)is used to compound it,and PPA/NRL composite modified asphalt is prepared.Through rheological and Brookfield viscosity tests,the high temperature performance,viscoelastic properties,fatigue properties and workability of PPA/NRL composite modified asphalt are analyzed.The results show that with addition of PPA,the phase angle decreases and the rutting factor increases,the high-temperature performance is promoted,and the fatigue performance of asphalt improved.In order to ensure the workability of PPA/NRL composite modified asphalt,the content of PPA should not exceed 1.4%.
