南京炼油厂有限责任公司白油加氢装置自首次开工后已稳定运行4年,其运行时间已超催化剂厂家推荐使用年限。结合装置实际运行情况,总结催化剂长周期运行经验,评估其性能,探索推断白油加氢催化剂实际使用寿命。结果显示,需对原料及其过滤器使用情况进行监控,延长异构脱蜡催化剂使用寿命;需对原料和产品芳烃含量进行监控,及时调整补充精制温度和掺炼比,确保产品芳烃含量合格。结合运行情况及设计末期反应温度可推断催化剂实际总寿命5~6年。

The white oil hydrogenation unit of Nanjing Refinery Co.,Ltd.has been operating steadily for 4 years since the first commencement,and its operating time has exceeded the recommended service life of the catalyst manufacturer.Based on the actual operation of the unit,the long term operating experience of the catalyst is summarized,its performance is evaluated,and the actual service life of the white oil hydrogenation catalyst is explored.The results show that it is necessary to monitor the use of raw materials and their filters to extend the service life of the isodewaxing catalyst;it is necessary to monitor the aromatics content of raw materials and products,adjust the refining temperature and blending ratio in time to ensure that the aromatics content of products is qualified.According to the operation conditions and the design end reaction temperature,the actual total life of the catalyst can be estimated to be 5~6 years.
