摘要
目的:使用川芎提取物对模拟低氧环境下大鼠心脏的保护作用进行实验,初步探究川芎对高原低氧情况所造成的心脏损伤的保护作用。方法:采用低压氧舱的方式对大鼠进行建模,在每日定时定量灌胃不同浓度川芎提取物后检测大鼠血清中肌酸激酶、肌钙蛋白I、肌钙蛋白T、甲状腺素及睾酮的含量,并设置空白对照组(生理盐水)和阳性对照组(复方丹参片)。结果:川芎提取物能显著降低大鼠血清中肌酸激酶、肌钙蛋白I和肌钙蛋白T的含量,提高甲状腺素及睾酮的含量。结论:川芎提取物对模拟低氧环境下大鼠的心脏具有保护作用。
Objective:In this study,the protective effect of Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’extraction on the heart of rats under simulated hypoxia is tested,and the protective effect of Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’extraction on the heart injury caused by hypoxia at high altitude is preliminarily explored.Methods:Rats are modeled by low-pressure oxygen chamber,and the contents of creatine kinase,troponin I,troponin T,thyroxine and testosterone in serum of rats are detected after regular daily quantitative gavage with different concentrations of Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’extraction.A blank control group(normal saline)and a positive control group(compound danshen tablets)are set up.Results:Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’extraction significantly decrease the contents of creatine kinase,troponin I and troponin T,and increase the contents of thyroxine and testosterone in serum of rats.Conclusion:Ligusticum sinense‘Chuanxiong’extraction has a protective effect on the heart of rats under simulated hypoxia.
