摘要
线虫体内的核激素受体NHR-49属于核激素受体家族,定位于细胞质及细胞核中,由蛋白质构成,在线虫的肠道细胞、皮下组织、神经元细胞、肌肉组织内表达。核激素受体NHR-49作为代谢及稳态的关键调节因子,因其类似于过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPAR)的作用而成为研究脂代谢的靶点。本文从NHR-49调控秀丽隐杆线虫脂代谢、营养调节、发育、寿命、应激反应和免疫防御等方面进行综述,加深对其功能的认识和理解。
The nuclear hormone receptor NHR-49 belongs to the nuclear hormone receptor family in Caenorhabditis elegans,which is located in the cytoplasm and nucleus,expressed in intestinal cells,subcutaneous tissues,neuronal cells and muscle tissues.Nuclear hormone receptor NHR-49 as a key regulator of metabolism and homeostasis with the function similar to the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR)activating receptors,has become a target for studying lipid metabolism.In this review,the mechanism of NHR-49 regulates lipid metabolism,nutrient regulation,development,life span,stress response,and immune defense is summarized in Caenorhabditis elegans to deepen our understanding of its functions.
