城市轨道交通站域地下空间资源整合设计研究

RESEARCH ON INTEGRATED DESIGN OF UNDERGROUND SPACE RESOURCES OF URBAN RAIL TRANSIT STATION

随着我国城市化进程的推进及城市轨道交通的发展,城市用地短缺问题日益凸显,地下空间开发成为城市发展的新方向。以高铁及地铁站域地下空间为代表的轨道交通站域地下空间也愈发受到人们的关注。本文从梳理轨道交通沿线站域空间资源、构建站域空间资源梳理体系、确立站域空间资源评估标准三大层面,围绕轨道交通站域空间资源开发,建立系统性、科学性的评价标准,以期为今后站域地下空间的研究与实践提供一些启示。

With the advancement of urbanization and the development of urban rail transit,the shortage of urban land has become increasingly prominent,and the development of underground space has become a new direction of urban development.Represented by the underground space of high-speed rail and subway station,the underground space of rail transit station is also attracting more and more attention.This paper combing along the rail transit station domain space station domain resources,the con-struction of the space resources carding resource evalu-ation criteria system,establish the station domain space three level,around the rail transit station domain space resource development,and to establish a systematic and scientific evaluation criteria,in the hope of standing domain of underground space for the future research and practice to provide some enlightenment.
