数字化技术在方案设计中的理性优化应用--以青岛欢乐山海城片区某方案设计为例

摘要 我国城镇化进程已处在增量规划向存量规划转变的关键时期,方案设计也向精细化、标准化、理性化发展,发展迅速的数字化技术为这一进程提供了强有力的支撑。本文在多源大数据的基础上探讨了数字化技术在方案设计中的运用方式,通过ARCGIS、CADNA/A、OPENFOAM等软件分析方法对实际项目的规模和环境进行分析,优化该项目的产品规模和方案布局,以此加强该项目设计的科学性。 China's urbanization process has been in a critical period of transformation from incremental planning to stock planning,and the scheme design has also developed to refinement,standardization and rationalization.The rapid development of digital technology provides a strong support for this process.Based on multi-source big data,this paper discusses the application of digital technology in scheme design,analyzes the scale and environment of the actual project through software analysis methods such as ArcGis,Cadna/Aandopenoam,and optimizes the product scale and scheme layout of the project,so as to strengthen the scientificity of the project design.
