摘要
二战期间,日军在我国设立10余处西方侨民集中营。由于认知不足、损毁严重等原因,其历史和价值一直得不到应有的重视。回顾我国申报世界文化遗产发展和二战国际遗产研究情况,从我国西方侨民集中营整体入手,通过历史与现状梳理,并以二战期间亚洲最大的西方侨民集中营--潍县乐道院暨西方侨民集中营为例,从世界遗产视角对其突出普遍价值进行评估。成果有助于加强我国二战西方侨民集中营遗址的保护,为乐道院及相关遗产的联合申遗提供基础工作,为争创“国际和平城市”,构建“人类命运共同体”提供参考帮助。
During World War 11,the Japanese military set up more than 10 concentration camps for Western expatriates in China.Its history and value have not been given due attention due to insufficient cognition and serious building damage.Reviewing the development of Chinese application for world cultural heritage and the research situation of World War 11 international heritage and starting from the overall perspective of the concentration camps of western expatriates in China,the history and current situation are reviewed.Take the Weihsien Ledaoyuan as a study case-the largest concentration camp of western expatriates in Asia during World War 11-to conduct research from historical evolution and outstanding universal value.This research provides a reference for the protection of the relics of the concentration camps of the expatriates in China provides a basis for the cooperation of Ledaoyuan and related heritages in the application of the World Cultural Heritage List,which willcontribute to build International Peaceful Cities"and"Community with a Shared Future for Mankind".
