基于Surrogate方法的低速大扭矩门用电机机壳振动噪声优化

摘要 门用电机振动与噪声的研究对改善公共交通领域乘客体验有极大的促进作用.由于应用场景中机械电磁环境较为复杂,基于电磁力波计算的传统永磁电机振动噪声方法存在计算不精确、多物理场耦合优化模型不紧密等问题.本文提出一种基于Surrogate方法的分数槽永磁同步电机八边形机壳设计方案,通过有限元仿真获取先验数据,利用克雷金法重构Surrogate数学模型,经误差修正后,采用搜索算法对电机机壳振动噪声进行优化.结果表明,本文方法对多物理量耦合仿真优化具有较高的拟合精确度与较快的计算速度,具有良好的工程可行性. The research on vibration and noise of door motors will greatly improve passengers experience in public transport.Due to the complex mechanical and electromagnetic environment in the application scenario,traditional vibration and noise method of permanent magnet motors based on electromagnetic force wave calculation has some problems,such as inaccurate calculation,and loose coupling optimization model for multiple physical fields.In this paper,a design scheme of octagonal shell of fractional slot permanent magnet synchronous motors based on surrogate method is proposed.The prior data are obtained by means of finite element simulation,and the surrogate mathematical model is reconstructed by using Kriging method.After error correction and optimization,the search algorithm is used for optimization.In this paper,the method is used to optimize the vibration and noise of the shell.The results show that this method is highly accurate in fitting,fast in calculating multi-physical quantity coupling simulation optimization,and quite feasible in engineering.
