基于湖北“51020”现代产业体系的汽车产业学院建设路径研究

汽车制造业是湖北“51020”现代产业体系中“5个万亿级支柱产业”之一。校企共建汽车产业学院将为服务湖北区域“51020”现代产业体系构建提供有效保障。通过阐述湖北“51020”现代产业体系的构建背景,研究汽车产业学院建设的时代内涵,剖析汽车产业学院建设的现状,提出聚焦企业产业发展并协同创新人才培养模式,聚焦企业人才需求并开发定制化培养体系,建设“双师型”教师团队并搭建“产学研用”服务平台,探索“岗课赛证融通”并熏陶塑造匠心精神等建设路径,明确产业学院对于汽车产业发展人才支撑的重要地位,从而助推湖北“51020”现代产业体系构建。

Automotive manufacturing is one of thefive trillion-yuan-worth pillar industries in Hubei’s51020Modern Industrial System.School-enterprise Automotive Industry Institute will provide effective guarantee for the construction of 51020Modern Industrial System in Hubei Province.The construction background of Hubei 51020 Modern Industrial System was expounded,and the construction connotation and the current situation of the Automotive Industry Institute were analyzed.Four construction paths were proposed to clarify the important position of industrial institute in supporting talents for the development of automotive industry.They include focusing on enterprise and collaborative innovation personnel training mode of industrial development,focusing on enterprise talent demand and developing customized training system,forming double-qualified teachers team and building service platform of“industry-college-institute-cooperation”,and exploring the construction path of“integrating job,class,competition and certificate”and shaping the spirit of craftsmanship.The Automotive Industry Institute will boost the construction of Hubei51020 Modern Industrial System.
