摘要
预备警官的身份认同不仅是涉警类国控专业学生为职前培养过程赋予意义的来源和学习的动力,也是衡量人才培养质量的重要因素。立足国控专业学生的自我诉说,通过叙事探究的方式描述学生三年间身份认同的动态过程与变化特点,以期为职前司法行政系统人民警察的培养机制发展提供新的视角与启示。
The identity of the probationary police officers is not only the motivation of study and the source of meaning with which the police-related majors empower the pre-service training process,but also an important factor to measure the quality of talents training.Based on the self-report of state-controlled majors,the research describes the dynamic process and changing characteristics of students’identity during the three years through narrative inquiry.The research results provide a new perspective and inspiration for the development of the preservice training mechanism of the people’s police in the judicial administration system.
