自乡村振兴战略实施以来,我国乡村文化建设取得了显著成效。但乡村文化振兴具有复杂性和艰巨性,当前乡村文化建设面临众多挑战。晋商家文化是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,包含立德之道、守家之道、经管之道、处世之道等优秀成分和因子,是乡村文化振兴的根基和内生动力。深入挖掘、有效整合晋商家文化并在乡村文化建设中加以有效利用,对于繁荣乡村文化、助推乡村文化振兴有十分重要的意义。

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,China’s rural cultural construction has made remarkable achievements.However,the revitalization of rural culture is complex and arduous,and the current rural culture construction faces many challenges.Family culture of Shanxi merchants is an important part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,which contains excellent components and factors such as the way of establishing virtue,the way of keeping family,the way of management and the way of treating others,and is the root and endogenous driving force of rural cultural revitalization.It is of great significance to deeply excavate,effectively integrate and utilize family culture of Shanxi merchants in rural cultural construction,in order to prosper rural culture and promote rural cultural revitalization.
