Smart Policing Empowers Law Enforcement Standardization:Take the Alarm-disposal Policing as an Example

智慧警务是公安信息化建设发展到一定阶段的必然模式,是公安信息化的高级警务形态,是我国应对高度复杂社会和回应群众新需求的国家警务战略。智慧警务为执法规范化建设提供了新的可能,以接处警执法工作为切入点,探寻智慧警务在执法规范化中的赋能效应以及审视智慧警务赋能接处警规范化存在的现实困境,并从深化智慧警务体系建设、推动智慧警务机制完善以及重视人才队伍数据素养提升等三个维度,提出智慧警务赋能执法规范化的优化路径。

The development of a new generation of smart policing is an inevitable mode for the development of public security informatization to a certain stage.It is an advanced policing form of public security informatization and a national policing strategy for China to cope with highly complex society and respond to the new needs of the masses.Smart policing provides a new possibility for the standardization of law enforcement.Taking the law enforcement work of the alarm-disposal policing as the starting point,this paper explores the enabling effect of smart policing in the standardization of law enforcement and examines the practical dilemma of the standardization of smart policing enabling receiving and handling police,and puts forward the optimization path of the standardization of smart policing enabling law enforcement from three dimensions:deepening the construction of smart policing system,promoting the improvement of smart policing mechanism and attaching importance to the improvement of data literacy of talent team.
