摘要 【目的】随着科学技术的进步,各类经济纠纷等民事案件日渐增多,在这些案件中,存在纸质文件被人为老化的案件越来越复杂,因此,确定文件是否存在人为老化就显得越来越重要,而纸张老化问题在人为老化文件的鉴别中具有尤为重要的意义。【方法】由纸张成分入手,从化学和物理两方面分析了纸张的自然老化机理,比较系统地介绍了纸张人为老化的方法和纸张人为老化后所呈现的表面特征、力学性能等,并对不同人为老化方法处理的纸张之间、人为老化方法处理的纸张与自然老化纸张之间以及不同品牌纸张之间进行表面特征、力学性能等特征的比较。【结果】确定了纸张人为老化鉴别的行之有效的方法。【结论】未来的文件检验工作需要更多的司法工作者运用现代化方法和手段,借助先进的仪器和设备,形成一套更系统、更标准和规范的检验方法。 [Purpose]With the advancement of science and technology,there is an increasing number of economic disputes and other civil cases.Among these cases,the ones in which paper documents are artificially aged are becoming more and more complex.Therefore,it is increasingly important to determine whether there is artificial aging of documents,and the identification of artificially aged documents is becoming increasingly necessary in the field of document examination.[Methods]Based on the study of the composition of paper,the natural aging regularities of paper are analyzed from both chemical and physical aspects.The methods of artificial aging of paper and the surface characteristics and mechanical properties of paper after artificial aging are introduced systematically.The surface characteristics and mechanical properties of paper treated by different artificial aging methods,paper treated by artificial and natural aging methods,and paper of different brands are compared.[Results]The effective identification methods of artificial aging of paper are determined.[Conclusion]In the future,the document examination will need more judicial workers to use modern methods and means,with the help of advanced instruments and equipment,to form more systematic,more standard and normative examination methods.
