警务数据分析课程教学改革路径研究

The Research on the Reform Path of the Teaching of Police Data Analysis Courses

警务数据分析课程是一门新兴的交叉学科,在教学的过程中面临实践教学特色不鲜明、复合型教师匮乏、考核方式单一、缺少评价机制等问题。在总结警务数据分析课程教学问题产生原因的基础上,提出了根据实践课程的具体情况进行分组配合,发挥学生各自特长,建立协作机制,组建高水平教学团队,提升教师教学质量,建立多元化评价机制,加强课程思政教育,提升学生政治素养,创新评价体系等教学改革路径。教学改革路径的提出对培养学生公安实战能力具有重要意义,教学改革成果可以为公安实战化教学改革提供科学有效的参考。

The course of police data analysis is an emerging interdisciplinary discipline,which faces problems such as lack of distinctive characteristics of practical teaching,lack of composite teachers,single assessment methods,and lack of evaluation mechanism in the process of teaching.On the basis of analyzing the causes of teaching problems in police data analysis,this paper proposes teaching reform paths such as grouping and cooperation according to the specific conditions of practical courses,giving play to students'respective strengths,establishing a collaborative mechanism to form a high-level teaching team,improving the teaching quality of teachers,establishing a diversified evaluation mechanism to comprehensively evaluate students’learning content,strengthening curriculum ideological and political education,improving students’political literacy,and comprehensively studying and judging the reform results through the proposed evaluation system.It is of great significance to cultivate students’practical combat ability of the public security,and its teaching reform results can provide a scientific and effective reference for the public security practical teaching reform.
