摘要
正确的警务执法程序是践行“执法公正、纪律严明”的切实保障,也是公安院校探索建立“教、学、练、战”一体化培养模式过程中值得关注的内容。警务英语程序化执法实训教学以布鲁姆教育目标理论为依据,将线上自主学习与线下教学实践的优势互补。学员在学习和掌握相关执法程序后,通过关键词识别、案例分析、建立程序化执法程序模型、参与或观察实训演示等活动完成实训准备工作,按执法程序扮演不同的角色完成特定的警务任务并提交反思报告。结果证明,警务英语程序化实训教学对提升学员的英语能力和警务技能、强化公正执法理念等具有积极意义。
Proper police law enforcement procedures are of great significance to implement“Enforcing the Law Impartially and Being Strict in Discipline”,and also the contents to be paid attention to in the process of exploring the establishment of an integrated training model of“teaching,learning,training and combat”for police academies.The teaching of procedural law enforcement field training in English for policing is based on the theory of Bloom’s educational goals,maximizing the complementary advantages of online independent learning and offline field practice.Having learnt and acquired the relevant knowledge on law enforcement procedures,the cadets complete preparatory missions for field training through activities such as keyword recognition,case study,procedural law enforcement modelling,participating or observing training demonstration,and finally play different roles to fulfill the policing missions and submit reflection reports after class.Teaching outcomes prove that the teaching of procedural law enforcement field training in English for policing plays a positive role in improving English competence and policing skills,strengthening the vision of enforcing the law impartially for the cadets.
