摘要
基于无级变速拖拉机传动系的清洁度状况,通过研究建立了一套系统的颗粒污染物溯源分析方法,详细描述了颗粒物提取、样品制备、试验条件选定、扫描电镜/能谱及光谱分类分析、结果统计及判定等过程,并对多台传动系进行了分析,追溯到污染物来源,能够反映出需要针对提升清洁度的制造环节,对生产具有指导意义。
Based on the cleanliness of the transmission system of the continuously variable transmission tractor,a systematic method for tracing the source of particulate pollutants is established in this research.The processes of particulate matter extraction,sample preparation,selection of test conditions,scanning electron microscope/energy spectrum and spectral classification analysis,result statistics and judgment are described in detail.Several transmission systems are analyzed,and the source of pollutants is traced,it can reflect the manufacturing process that need to be aimed at improving cleanliness,and has guiding significance for production.
