摘要
采用仿真软件建立DPF一维热力学计算模型,研究了对称孔道载体长径比、壁厚和目数对DPF工作运行过程中压降和捕集效率的影响规律,以优化出压降特性及捕集效率综合性能最佳的载体结构。
The one-dimensional thermodynamic calculation model of DPF was established by simulation software,and the influence of the length-diameter ratio,wall thickness and mesh number of the symmetrical pore carrier on the pressure drop and trapping efficiency during the operation of the DPF was studied to optimize the pressure drop characteristics and trapping efficiency.The carrier structure with the best overall performance in efficiency.
