摘要
分析了硫化法处理有色冶炼制酸废酸存在的问题及原因,开发了高效硫化反应器,提出了一种有色冶炼含重金属离子污酸处理的新工艺,并进行了工业化试验。结果表明,硫化反应过程没有H_(2)S气体逸出,废酸中的Cu、As质量浓度分别可以从700,15000 mg/L去除到0.5 mg/L左右;废酸中的Ni、Zn、Pb、Cd等重金属离子去除到接近达标值。采用高效硫化工艺处理冶炼废酸,具有流程短、硫化药剂消耗少、处理后液重金属离子残留量少、危废渣量少、H_(2)S气体逸出量极少以及石膏渣中砷含量能够满足国标等优点。
The problems and reasons of sulfurization method for treating waste acid from non-ferrous smelting are analyzed,an efficient sulfurization reactor is developed,a new process for treating waste acid containing heavy metal ions from non-ferrous smelting is proposed,and industrial experiments are conducted.The results show that no H_(2)S gas escaped during the sulfurization reaction process,and the mass concentrations of Cu and As in the waste acid could be removed from 700 mg/L and 15000 mg/L to around 0.5 mg/L;the removal of heavy metal ions such as Ni,Zn,Pb,Cd,etc.in waste acid is close to the standard value.The use of efficient sulfurization technology to treat smelting waste acid has the advantages of short process,low consumption of sulfurization agents,low residual heavy metal ions in the treated liquid,low amount of hazardous waste residue,minimal H_(2)S gas escape,and the ability of arsenic content in gypsum slag to meet national standards.
