摘要
介绍了云南云天化红磷化工有限公司270 kt/a硫黄制酸装置低温余热回收系统的优化设计、工艺流程和运行情况。针对装置产能提升后存在低温位热量过剩、公司蒸汽供应不足、干燥二吸交叉回酸操作难度大等问题,通过技术创新和优化改造,将一吸酸泵、一吸酸冷却器代替二吸酸泵、二吸酸冷却器使用,干燥塔、一吸塔回酸管进行搭接改造停用二吸循环酸槽,节省投资和降低操作控制难度。对余热锅炉及出口管线进行优化改造,降低低温热回收系统工艺配管投资,减少工艺管路热损失。
The optimum design,process flow and operation of low temperature heat recovery system of 270 kt/a sulphur acid making plant in Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.In view of the problems such as excess low heat,insufficient steam supply to the company,and the difficulty in the operation of cross-acid return of drying second suction after the capacity of the device is increased,the second-absorption tower acid pump and cooler are replaced by the first-absorption tower acid pump and cooler through technological innovation and optimization transformation,and the second-absorption circulating acid tank is stopped by lapping transformation of the acid return pipe of drying tower and the first-absorption tower to save investment and reduce the difficulty of operation control.Optimize and transform the waste heat boiler and outlet pipelines to reduce process piping investment and the heat loss in process pipelines in low-temperature heat recovery system.
